What sizes are available for FloraCap products?

FloraCaps come in several size options, including 4″, 6″, 8″ square caps, and a 7.5–12″ Universal Round FloraCap.

Which growing mediums and pot types are compatible?
  • Square FloraCaps (2.0 / 3.0): Work with rockwool cubes, smartpots, fabric pots, and 3‑gallon QuickFills (depending on the size).
  • Universal Round FloraCap: Fits 1–5 gallon round nursery pots with diameters between 7.5″ and 12″.


Can the feeding process be automated?

Yes! Use FloraClips and ¼″ OD tubing (usually two clips for square caps, one or two for round caps) to automate feeding.

What materials are used and is cleaning easy?

FloraCaps are made from BPA‑free, lead‑free plastic. They're dishwasher-safe, stackable, and reusable for efficient cleaning and storage.

Do I need other irrigation components to use FloraCaps?
  • Yes, the complete setup may include:
    Reservoir
  • Timer or irrigation controller (especially with nylon valves or solenoids)
  • Pump
  • Grow tray (if not using PotPro platforms)
  • PVC pipes and fittings (depending on your layout)
