# FloraFlex

FloraFlex builds engineered substrate (QuickFill expandable coco coir) and a two-part water-soluble dry nutrient program for commercial hydroponic growers. Products are sold through authorized resellers; quotes are routed to a local partner when one is available.

## Product lines

### QuickFill (expandable coco coir grow bags)
- Compressed, super-washed coco coir in a ready-to-plant bag; expands with water, no mixing or loose-media handling.
- Engineered water-holding capacity: 60% WHC, so saturation and dry-back are repeatable run to run (the basis for crop steering).
- Pre-drilled clone/transplant hole plus two pre-drilled side holes sized for FloraFlex Micro Dripper assemblies.
- Sizes: 3/4 gal, 1 gal O2, 1 gal O2 closed top, 2 gal O2, 3 gal O2.
- 1 gal: compressed weight 430 g, expanded volume 4.7 L, substrate volume 3 L, container capacity 2.76 L.
- 2 gal: compressed weight 620 g, expanded volume 8.5 L, substrate volume 4 L, container capacity 4.10 L.

### LooseFill (bulk coco coir)
- Super-washed bulk coco coir for repeatable rewetting and a clean starting EC; compressed blocks and bagged volumes.
- Blends include 100% coco and coco/perlite 70/30, buffered.

### Dry nutrients (two-part water-soluble program)
Dosed to an EC target, not by spoon volume. Shipping dry concentrate removes water weight from freight.
- V1 Vegetative Part 1 — 14-0-4, 15% Ca. Derived from calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, ammonium molybdate, ferric EDTA, manganese EDTA, sodium borate. Solubility 3 lb/gal.
- V2 Vegetative Part 2 — 6-17-25, 2% Mg, 6% S. Derived from potassium nitrate, monopotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, ammonium sulfate. Solubility 3 lb/gal.
- B1 Bloom Part 1 — 14-0-22, 7% Ca. Same chelated-micro base as V1. Solubility 3 lb/gal.
- B2 Bloom Part 2 — 0-28-18. Derived from monopotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate. Solubility 3 lb/gal.
- Bulky B Stimulator — 0-14-38 PK booster. Weeks 1–5 of flower alongside B1:B2. Solubility 1.5 lb/gal.
- Full Tilt Ripener — 0-47-35 late-bloom ripener. Final two weeks before flush. Solubility 2 lb/gal.

## Cultivation guidelines
- Mixing: dissolve Part 1 and Part 2 separately (stock tanks A and B, or one at a time into the reservoir); never combine concentrates, so calcium does not precipitate with phosphate/sulfate.
- Program: V1 + V2 through vegetative growth; switch to B1 + B2 at flower; add Bulky B in flower weeks 1–5; Full Tilt in the last two weeks before flush.
- Starting EC baseline (verify with the published feed schedules): early veg about 1.6–1.8, late veg about 2.0–2.2 before the bloom switch.
- Irrigation: with QuickFill's fixed 60% WHC, saturate to runoff, then let the bag dry back to a set water-content floor before the next shot; a consistent dry-back window is what makes a recipe transfer room to room.
- Transplant straight into the pre-drilled hole to avoid disturbing the root mat; seat drippers in the side holes.
